The Rise and Fall of the Berlin Wall
It’s 1945. World War II is over.  Germany lies in ruins.  Berlin is devastated.  Everything must be rebuilt, including the governments.  The victorious Allies split Germany and its capital city of Berlin into  four zones, each controlled by an Allied country (United States, Great Britain, France, and the Soviet Union).  In the western zones of Germany and the western zones of Berlin, news will flow freely and people will have the ability to control their futures.  In the east, the government will control the news and impose Communism.  For nearly 40 years these two sides will stay separate.
